Client Introduction Agreement

The Contracting Parties declare that the Agreement is in no way considered as (i) a “mandate of common interest” (mandate of common interest) within the meaning of the concept of French law, (ii) a commercial agent agreement, in particular within the meaning of Directive 86/653/EEC coordinating the laws of the Member States relating to self-employed commercial agents; (iii) as “voyageur, representative, placier” (commercial agent) within the meaning of the concept of French law within the meaning of Article L. 7311-3 of the French Labour Code. In particular, the importer declares and guarantees to the trade mark that he does not exclusively and permanently exercise a replacement profession without carrying out a commercial exploitation for his own benefit, and that this will always be the case during the contract. If this situation were to change during the course of the contract, it will automatically terminate and the importer would therefore undertake to inform the brand immediately.
